Weight Loss is the Burning Issue.
Currently, it is a very popular issue. People are aware of their heavy
weight. They know very well of disadvantages of heavyweight. Especially women
are very aware of their weight.
There are many methods throughout the market to reduce
weight. Many equipment and accessories are also available. Are all the good or
suitable for everybody.
We believe in the natural method. The very normal procedure to
find. We don’t like to eat anything special to reduce weight.
Normally is it not for genetics? And in some cases it is
for the habit of food taking. I find some solutions for reducing weight.

- 1. Eat less: You don’t need to eat up to a full capacity of your stomach. Eat two third of your stomach including water. Keep Empty one-third of your stomach.
- 2. Do the kind of work every day that needs physical movement. Or take exercise every day. Do it for at least two hours every day.
- 3. Take sleep enough. At least 06 hours every day. Many people take a little sleep after lunch. I would say don’t do this.
- 4. Don’t take alcohol or don’t smoke.
- 5. You can take fasting three or four days a month. Which is very good for your health and weight loss.
- 6. Make your lifestyle very simple. Think normal, eat normal food, and drink only water.
- 7. Don’t eat rich food or first food. Eat only three times a day. If possible, eat two times a day.
- 8. Always think we are not living for eating. We are eating for a living.
- 9. Think there are many people not having much food as their minimum requirement. When you are eating remember them. You may be able to reduce your heavy eating habit.
- 10. Where ever you live you should have poor people around you. Save money for them by reducing your eating habit. Meet them and give them your saving money.
- 11. If your office distance from home is around two or three kilometers. Why should you go to your office by car or public transport? Go on your feet or a bicycle.
- 12. Go early to bed and get up early in the morning. And take two hours of exercise. And take a great bath.
- 13. Change your lifestyle. Change your food habit. Do physical works much as you need.
- 14. Keep you always happy. Should you be thin and reduce weight forcibly? No….
Many women think if you want to be beautiful
or glamorous you should reduce weight. This is not true. Measure what the
normal weight is for you and keep it. Don’t reduce your normal weight.
I believe what I wrote above would help you.
At least think about the above 14 points. It will help you a lot in reducing your
weight and lifestyle.
